Financial scholarship

Families may apply for financial assistance to cover partial cost or the full cost of FYLA program registration fees. All requests will be kept confidential.

Scholarship requirements:

• Parents and/or guardians will be responsible for paying the annual fee to U.S. Lacrosse during the registration process.
• Parents and/or guardians are required to volunteer a minimum of 8 hours at the Goat tournament in June.

Requests for assistance can be made by completing the financial scholarship form.
